Go Rangers
FCAT is rapidly approaching and we want our students to be well-prepared for the test.
Here are some tips, not just for the test but for successful day to day learning…
Rest: Proper rest, 8-9 hours of sleep a night, is very important for any type of performance.
Diet: Good nutrition and a balanced diet will help maintain the endurance and energy needed.
Attitude: Always maintain a positive attitude! Negative talk tends to increase anxiety and tension. Teach your child to turn negative statements into positive ones.
Morning routine: A relaxed atmosphere each morning, especially on the day of the test, is very helpful. Beginning the day in a positive manner greatly influences the events and outcomes of the day.
If you believe in yourself, so will others!
