Please remember...
* It is important to remind your children to ONLY cross 48th Ave at the crosswalk with the crossing guard. Recently, a first grade student was hit by a car because he crossed in the middle of the street without looking. We are very thankful he is all right but we must remain vigilant in reminding students of safety procedures. Our goal is always to maintain a safe and secure learning environment, both in and around the campus.
*Campus opens at 7:30 AM, there will be No Supervision before that time
* There will be no parking allowed on 48th Avenue near the crosswalk
* Do not let your children out of the car in the middle of the street

Feel the Energy...
Did you know that Florida is known as the lightning capital of the United States? Just one flash of lightning can power a light bulb for a month, and in the same way one student’s ideas and dreams can change the world for a lifetime. Our students, staff, parents and community members have that same power to make a difference in our world.
As we embark on a new school year, we realize that the lightning bolt truly represents what it means to be part of the Lake Forest family. We have decided to capture that energy and become the Lake Forest Lightning.
With just the “Power of One”...
One student
One team
One school
...we can ignite young minds and light up the whole community!
